Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Compliance - Fora Trust adheres to AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing transactions or account changes. Members are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes—but is not limited to—fraud, abuse, and spreading misinformation or defamatory content.

Security and Access - We use bank-level encryption and protocols to protect user data and funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and activities on your account. Fora Trust reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any membership without explanation or notice, especially in cases of suspected abuse or rule violations.

No Spam Policy - We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam, unsolicited communications (UCE), or misleading promotions. Any user engaging in spam will have their account permanently terminated. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fora Trust is registered. All users agree to comply with local, national, and international laws applicable to investment activity.
